Best friends, Ace (6 years) and Bella (4 years), are looking for a forever home together.

These adorable, bonded, tuxedo cats have become available for adoption after their owner unexpectedly passed away. Keen to ensure they were well cared for, a family member brought Ace and Bella from their home in the north of the country to live with her family in London. However, their new Carer and her son soon began to suffer with allergies around the cats and she reluctantly approached HFC to ask for help to re-home them.

Initially, Ace and Bella arrived into the care of our Cat Cabins on the Surrey/Hampshire border. Relaxed Bella adjusted quickly, ate well, was playful and curious about her environment. However, gentle Ace struggled with the changes they were faced with and began to vomit after meals and overgroom his stomach. We swiftly arranged for Ace to see a Vet and, after a course of treatment and adjustment to his diet, he is now feeling much better. The pair have recently moved to a foster home in New Malden.

Both Ace and Bella are sweet and friendly. They liked to spend time in the same room as their previous Carer and to cuddle up together at night.  Ace used to climb onto his Carer’s chest in an effort to persuade her to cuddle him! He most liked to play with wand toys whereas lively Bella loved bouncy balls, and she still does!

The best friends have potential to either live with adults or alongside respectful, calm children aged 12+. They have no experience with other cats and are frightened of dogs.

Ace was neutered prior to coming into HFC care. We have arranged for Bella to be spayed and for both cats to be microchipped and receive both vaccinations.
