A little bit more

Ebony, affectionately known as Ebby, is a new arrival to the HFC Cat Cabins on the Surrey/Hampshire border.

This friendly, 2-year-old, black, semi-long-haired girl has sadly become available for adoption due to severe allergies in her family.

In her previous home, Ebby enjoyed spending lots of time with her owner, either sitting on her lap, on the back of a sofa or on her bed. She is very playful and was happy to enjoy short petting sessions with her owner’s visiting grandchildren. Ebby will sometimes play with her claws out, so if she is to be adopted by a family, Ebby is best suited to a home with respectful children, aged 10+.

Ebby likes her bowl to be squeaky clean before new food is added and prefers her water to be served upon request in a glass! (supervised, of course!) She is sensitive to loud noises and has a particular fear of leaf blowers. Ebby manages her semi long-haired coat very well, but she will require regular brushing to keep her glossy coat in good condition and matt-free.

Ebby has previously been content around visiting cats and we feel she has potential to live alongside another, very friendly, cat. However, she does not like dogs.

If you would like to offer friendly Ebby a home with you and you are happy to supervise water drinking(!), please see the checklist opposite for details about the type of forever home she is looking for before completing our application form below. Thank you.
