A little bit more

Dizzy, who is white & black and 13 years, 6 months’ old, is looking for a forever home after his owner sadly passed away. He has recently been taken into HFC foster care in Cranleigh.

Dizzy is a cheeky character, who used to make his owner laugh with his antics. He has a healthy appetite, and given the opportunity, would round off his own Sheba with a dessert of his owner’s fish fingers, chips and peas!

In his previous home, Dizzy was a lap cat and he liked to spend time in the same room as his owner. He was always happy to meet visitors, and whilst he had limited experience with children, allowed them to stroke and make a fuss of him.

Dizzy enjoyed spending time in the garden and it is important for him that his new home has safe outside space to explore.

Dizzy does not like, and has previously been bullied, when standing up to other cats. We are therefore looking to re-home him separately from his previous housemate, Lulu, and would like to find a home for him where he can enjoy being the only cat. However, Dizzy used to be content to live with, and has potential to be re-homed alongside, a very friendly dog.

Dizzy was neutered and microchipped before he came into care and, in preparation for re-homing, we have arranged for him to receive a first vaccination.

As a senior gent over 12 years’ old, Dizzy is a member of the HFC Golden Oldies scheme, which means that there is no fee applicable to his adoption and we will be able to offer advice and, by arrangement, financial support to ensure that he is able to enjoy a healthy retirement.

If you would like to offer a happy retirement home to Dizzy, and you are able to visit him at his foster home in Cranleigh, please let us know by completing our application form below. Thank you.
