12-week-old, tortie kitten, Puzzle, and her mum, Scrabble, have been taken into HFC care after they had been living stray, regularly returning to a garden in Middlesex. Concerned for the welfare of the mum and kitten, their Feeder contacted HFC to ask for help as she was unable to offer the pair the care and support they needed because she had cats of her own.

Mum and daughter have recently been placed together in foster care in Woking. Despite Puzzle having been weaned, Scrabble is finding it hard to relax and put aside her mum duties, so with the intention of ensuring long term happiness for both, we would like to re-home them separately.

Puzzle is very playful, both alone and with her Foster Carers. Her favourite toy is a feather fishing rod, but she is happy to play with absolutely everything! However, having had little experience around people, Puzzle still feels unsure about being stroked and handled.  We are therefore hoping to find an adopter for her keen to spend time continuing our work socialising her. Due to her limited experience with people, Puzzle is hoping to find an adult home where she can be the only pet. 

In preparation for re-homing, Puzzle has been neutered, microchipped and received a first vaccination.
