Bess, who is a female, long-haired tabby and 11 years’ old is looking for a forever indoor home.

Bess originally came into the care of a cattery that works with an out-of-area Social Services Department to care for animals who become homeless because their owners are no longer able to care for them. We understand that Bess' much-loved owner very sadly passed away.  Sadly, little other information is known about her and we have advertised the most senior age recorded for her above. Through no fault of her own, Bess had an extended stay at the cattery, so we have taken the opportunity to provide her with a foster place arising in East Sheen so she can relax and re-accustom herself to life in a home environment again.

Bess appears to cope physically well with a missing right back leg.  However, she is a little shy, sometimes hiding under her cosy cat bed, rather than in it!  Bess is rapidly building trust in her foster home with her current favourite pastime being to sit in a chair with her Foster Carer sitting in another chair beside her so she can receive a good fuss!
