We are still looking for a forever home for gentle Bilu, who is male, tabby and white and approximately six years’ old. He came into HFC care six weeks' ago after his owner reluctantly moved from a home with a lovely garden to a flat that had no outside space. Bilu became frustrated and sad living indoors and his owner contacted HFC to ask for help to re-home him to somewhere more suited to his needs.

Despite his confident appearance, Bilu is a very gentle, shy character. He loves to play with his Carers, most often with a simple piece of string or ribbon. He is very well behaved, preferring to spend time and sleep on the floor over jumping up onto furniture or work surfaces.

To minimise stress for Bilu, we are looking for a quiet, adult home for him with caring adopter(s) willing to allow him lots of time to re-build his confidence at his own pace. He is currently unsure about receiving affection.

Bilu would love his forever home to have safe garden and to be the only pet. He has just ventured outside into the garden in his foster home, a milestone he marked with a zoomie!  Bilu stayed closeby and was happy to return to his Carers afterwards.

Bilu loves his food and can be vocal when hungry! He enjoys a diet of both wet and dry food, preferring fishy flavours.  His favourite treat is a well-known, thin, yoghurt flavoured sachet!

Bilu is available for adoption from his foster home in East Sheen. He has been neutered, microchipped and will be brought up-to-date with vaccinations shortly.
